Integrative Hypnosis & Sound Therapy

A transformative mental wellness experience that combines the power of clinical hypnotherapy with therapeutic sound frequencies to rewire your subconscious mind, promote deep relaxation, and foster inner balance. This unique blend helps clients access their subconscious mind while being supported by the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks. The synergy of hypnosis and sound therapy encourages emotional release, reduces stress, and supports mental clarity, creating a profound mind-body reset.

Each session is 90 to 120 minutes long.

Who It’s For:

Health & Medical Centers: A complementary wellness offering that supports patients in managing mental health conditions and promoting emotional resilience.

Psychology Centers: An innovative therapeutic service that enhances traditional mental health treatments, helping clients access deeper emotional healing through subconscious work.

What to Expect:

Guided Hypnosis: Clients are gently guided into a relaxed, trance-like state through visualization and suggestion, allowing access to the subconscious mind for transformation.

Sound-Induced Relaxation: The therapeutic sound frequencies deepen the relaxation response, helping to quiet mental chatter and enhance the effectiveness of the hypnosis.

Emotional & Physical Balance: Clients often experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, and physical relaxation, making it a powerful tool for both mental and physical well-being.

Hypnosis Techniques:

Hypnotic Programming: Hypnotic programming is a very relaxing experience that involves using guided imagery and positive suggestions while a person is in a hypnotic state to reprogram the subconscious mind. This technique focuses on replacing limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and behaviors with more constructive and empowering ones. A first session is always hypnotic programming, as it allows clients to become comfortable with hypnosis.

Parts Therapy: Parts therapy is based on the idea that different “parts” of the mind hold conflicting desires or motivations. The hypnotherapist guides the client into a relaxed state and asks to communicate with the part of the subconscious mind responsible for the conflicting behavior or emotion. Together, the therapist and client work to reconcile these parts, bringing balance and cooperation between them.

Regression Therapy: Regression therapy involves guiding a person back to past events, either from their current life or past lives, to resolve unresolved emotional issues. The belief is that traumatic experiences, even if forgotten consciously, may still impact behavior, beliefs, or emotional well-being. By revisiting and reframing these memories, clients can release deep-seated emotions and move forward with peace.
